Let Me Come Over is Buffalo Tom's best work. The songs are variously sweet, tragic, and melodic, but also heartbreakingly relatable tales of life, love, and loss. Its blend of jangling guitars, distortion, and lyrics (laced with the morose-hope that is so uniquely Buffalo Tom) stood as a powerful counterpoint to the "grunge" sound coming from /5(30).
